How do I figure out my nail size?

How long do your nails stay on?

They can last from days to weeks, it's all about your application. 

1-2 days: Apply a thin strip of glue from your cuticle to tip of your nail. Bring glue with you in case of emergency.

5-7 days: Apply a pea-sized dot of glue to each natural nail and spread a little to the back of the Jackie Montt nails. (don’t get too close to the skin as the glue will disperse when pressure is applied)

7-12 days: Follow full instructions included with your set, or watch my tutorial here! (video to come)

What comes with my order?

The nail set you ordered plus 1 backup nail "just in case", as well as an application Kit including a mini file, mini buffer, cuticle pusher, nail glue, and an alcohol wipe.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! Depending on how long you've worn them, and if they are still in good shape once removed, gently buff the back of the nails to remove old excess glue and reapply when you're ready for another wear!

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?

Due to the nature of these products and sanitary reasons all sales are final. For this reason, please ensure you double check your order and nail size before placing your order. 

Any claims quality/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

How long does it take to process and ship my order? 

It takes 5-14 days for your order to be processed for shipping depending on the design you have selected. 

Intricate made to order sets may take longer but you will know this time frame before you finalize payment.

How long are shipping times?

Nail shipping times are dependent on location and shipping preference selected at checkout. 

USA: 4-6 business days 

Canada: 5-8 business days

International: 12+ business days
